- USA shipping addresses generally ship within 2 days of payment (excluding weekends).
- Overnight or Next Day shipments will ship the next business day following acknowledgement of payment by us.
- International Shipments generally ship the same as USA.
- You will receive an email from USPS with your shipping/tracking information.
NOTE: We generally do not work Friday evening thru Sunday evening and all holidays. We allow ourselves to enjoy family time. If we are not involved in family activities during this time, we always take the time to check our email and answer any and all questions regardless of the day of week.
In unfortunate situations, it may be that we do not make our ship schedule due to system software issues, server issues or family emergencies. In these cases, we will always attempt to let you know that we are experiencing unforeseen circumstances. Please work with us in these rare instances. |
USA SHIPMENTS: USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation. An email will be sent directly to you from the USPS with a tracking number & detailed instructions on how to check on your shipment. We do not ship USPS parcel post, UPS, Fed-Ex, Airborn or with any carrier other than USPS Priority Mail.
$5.00 handling fee will be added to all "overnight" shipments.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS: Shipment will be via USPS, Priority International.
We adhere to all known Custom or other applicable government rules and regulations for shipments, including NOT shipping to any embargoed countries.
We only ship United States Postal Service.
INSURANCE/SED: Is Required for all shipments and included in the shipping costs; as are handling costs, at our discretion, for shippers export declaration processing. |
