All sales are final.* No returns or exchanges unless an item is found to be defective. We don't accept returns for sizing because we have detailed instructions on "How to Measure". Following our directions will guarantee the fit. Guessing means you most likely will be disappointed.
If you're buying based on color, remember, all monitors are not created equal. Ask us about color! We attempt to describe each item to the best of our ability. Please be sure to ask all questions prior to making your purchase committment.
We only offer brand new, quality items which are inspected prior to shipping; however, realize that we're human and make mistakes and may miss a defect. Please work with us if you have received a defective item. We will do our best to exchange the item first, whenever possible. If we do not have an exchange, a credit or refund will be issued, depending upon the situation. In ALL situations, you must receive a return authorization from us and all tags must remain intact. And please keep in mind, we're just like any store...we're not going to issue a refund or credit or exchange until we have received the defective garment.

Return authorization MUST be requested within three (3) days of receipt of the item (or seven (7) days from our shipping date) or the sale is final. CALL or email us for your RA number.
If you remove the tags, the sale is final in ALL situations, no exception. Please don't return an item with make-up stains, pet hair or smelling of smoke. If it is returned to us in this condition, the item will be returned to you and the sale is final.
Be sure to choose a style that will be attractive on you. If you receive the item and decide it's not for you, you won't be able to return it. Choose wisely. We work hard to describe the item and take photographs on plus size models as often as we can so you can visualize how it might look on you. Remember, though, all curves are not created equal. Email us with your questions!
Once we have authorized the return shipment we will send you an email with our address and instructions for the return shipment.
Unauthorized returns will be refused. |
